To be able to provide the one and only complete program for global experts in the fields of occupational health in the production and use of chemicals worldwide we give you the platform: You are cordially invited to submit abstracts for free communications or poster presentations. The conference language is English.

Submission of Abstracts: Conditions

Oral presentations (10 or 20 minutes) and posters will be selected by the Scientific Committee on the basis of a review of one-page abstracts. Abstract submission is open from 15 June 2010 to 15 January 2011. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference programme book and made available at the conference. Formally presented papers at the Congress will be published at www.medichem2011.org.

Presenting authors must be registrants at the Conference. All abstracts must be submitted online via the Conference website and using the online Abstract Submission Form. Abstracts sent via fax will NOT be accepted.

Please note that an accepted presentation cannot be included in the Final Programme unless it is accompanied by a completed Registration Form with the appropriate payment of the presenting author. One registration give the right of one poster presentation. One person may be author in several posters but it should be at least one different registered person per poster.

Submission of Abstracts: Instructions

  1. Fill in all data fields.
  2. Write title in CAPS, written without final point.
  3. E-Mail contact: we will use main author´s E-Mail address to send confirmation of shipment. Therefore, it is important to insert the correct data and always use the same E-Mail address.
  4. Maximum number of co-authors: 10. If you add co-authors please write complete name
  5. After having successfully completed all the steps, please safe the form and send the form to medichem2011@bgrci.de with Abstract in the subject line. An E-Mail of confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address of the presenting Author.

Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be returned to the author and must be resubmitted immediately in the correct format to be considered for inclusion in the programme.

Submission of Abstracts: Deadline

The deadline for submissions is January 15th, 2011. Receipt of abstract will be acknowledged electronically within 14 working days of submission. If you have submitted an abstract and do not receive a receipt, please notify us via E-Mail at medichem2011@bgrci.de. Abstracts will be considered by the scientific committee of the conference following the closure date, and scientists will be advised of their success in due course. Please address any queries related to abstract submissions to E-Mail: medichem2011@bgrci.de with Abstract Query in the subject line.

Posters:

The dimensions of the poster should not exceed 110 cm wide x 140 cm high. Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract. The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters (six feet).
