Payment is possible by credit card or bank transfer. You can indicate your preference in the registration form.
- After registration we will send you an invoice.
- Transfer the total amount to be paid to ABN-AMRO bank, Nijmegen. Accountnumber: 46.00.76.647, to MEDICHEM 2008, Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Be sure to state your full name and address and make sure your remittance is free of bank charges.

Via the registration form you can download a form for the credit card payment. This form needs to be completed with your name and address and to be sent to the conference secretariat by fax.
Please note that for both methods of payment it is of great importance that the name of the participant is clearly stated.
The date of receipt of cancellation (only accepted in writing) will be used to calculate the cancellation costs:
- Before June 1, 2008, cancellation costs are 10% of the total fee.
- After June 1, 2008, but before August 1, 2008, cancellation costs are 25% of the total fee.
- After August 1, 2008, there will be no refund.
Please note that travel insurance and health care insurance are not included in the conference fee. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any accident, theft or damage to properties, nor for delays or any modification in the programme due to unforeseen circumstances.
